The Department of War publishing a second round of declassified UFO files, including this 2023 video described as an F-16 shooting down a UAP in kinetic interaction over Lake Hiron. Chief congressional correspondent Chad Perram reports live on Capitol Hill on all of this for us. You have our attention, Chad. >> Sandra, good afternoon. More pictures, more videos, more answers. Well, not necessarily, but certainly more questions. The Pentagon released this wave of files after a request from House members. Florida Republican Anna Paulina Luna advocated for the release. >> We have been stonewalled. We have been blocked. We had witnesses intimidated. We had even former members of Arrow um the director actually attacking our witnesses. And so there is a group of us bipartisan and biccameal and people within the intelligence agency that are pushing to ensure that this directive is met. >> One video comes from a Coast Guard infrared sensor. It shows an object detected in April 2024 flying near a plane in the southeastern US. Another video is labeled Syrian UAP instant acceleration. The Pentagon says this video comes from an infrared military platform and was classified. Videos are one thing, but lawmakers want more. >> This is this is the kind of information that I keep getting presented. Um it doesn't mean that that we don't stop looking. And I have and so the White House and the ODNI is is looking for the next places to go investigate. >> Now, the Pentagon's office studying UAPs says there's no evidence. These videos reveal something from outer space, but it conceds that the military can't explain what's seen in some of the videos. Sandra, >> we're intrigued. My goodness, Chad Perram on that for us.
